Responsibility Deliverable

1. Preparation of Bill of Quantities(BOQ) for new projects from drawings and updating in ERP

2. Preparation of Zero cost report(ZCR) for new projects using BOQ and updating in ERP

3. Collecting DLR from site and verifying the same

4. Collecting DPR from site

5. Raising of Work orders for Agencies / Contractors

6. Checking and processing of Labour Agency and Consultancies bills and measurements for payment

7. Checking of Material Requirement and comparing it with ZCR for all Projects in his/ her control

8. Evaluating the Contractors / Agencies performance using score card

9. Collection checklist for all works carried out site

10. Having periodic site visits to ensure the work quality and progress is in line with the bill.

11. Reporting to Management

12. Maintaining of Documentations

13. Reconciliation statements

14. Acquire knowledge, skills and traits required and implement to grow in to a Sr. Quantity Surveyor.
