Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for high-rise building projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct rate analysis to determine material costs, labor rates, and other expenses related to construction projects.
Develop bar bending schedules in accordance with project requirements, ensuring compliance with commercial specifications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate estimation of project costs.

Job Requirements :

6-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and bar bending schedule development.
Proficiency in Mivan shuttering systems and their application in high-rise buildings.
