Quantitative Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Quant Developer with strong mathematical, statistical, and Python skills to build quantitative models and analytical tools. The ideal candidate combines logical thinking with hands-on technical ability and an interest in financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize quantitative models and algorithms
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and drive decisions
• Write clean, efficient Python code for analytical solutions
• Build and improve user-facing interfaces for analytical tools
• Validate models for accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with teams and document methodologies clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years in a quantitative, analytical, or development role
• Interest in financial markets
• Understanding of Futures and Options segment
• Strong foundation in Mathematics & Statistics (Probability, Linear Algebra, Regression)
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, or similar libraries)
• Basic to working knowledge of Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to quantitative modeling, financial analytics, or algorithmic problem-solving
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Plotly, etc.)
• Experience with APIs or backend-frontend integration

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹9,000,000.00 per year
