Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst who is not just data-literate but tech-curious and problem-first. You will work closely with our product and operations teams to analyze data, build dashboards and automation scripts, and solve tough client problems using SQL, Python, and structured thinking. If you're excited by messy problems, love debugging data issues, and want to work in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and eCommerce feeds Write production-grade SQL queries and Python scripts to automate workflows and derive insights Work with Product and Engineering teams to define and measure success metrics for marketing performance Design first-principles solutions for client problems-whether it's data mismatches, attribution issues, or performance dips Create documentation, visualizations, and internal tools to support scaling What We're Looking For Strong foundation in SQL and Python (data manipulation, automation, scripting) Exceptional first-principles problem-solving skills-ability to define the real problem before jumping to the solution Comfort with ambiguity and breaking down open-ended tasks Understanding of digital marketing or eCommerce is a plus (but not required) Clear, concise communication-especially when explaining data or tech to non-technical teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field This is a Work from Office role.
