Job Description

Job Title: Production Supervisor – Loading & Dispatch Location: Jhotwara Industrial Area Department: Operations / Production Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to manage daily loading, unloading, product inspection , and dispatch coordination in an FMCG environment. The role involves overseeing vehicle movement, weighbridge operations, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatches. Key Responsibilities: Supervise loading/unloading of finished goods and raw materials. Conduct product quality checks before dispatch. Coordinate with the weighbridge and drivers for accurate vehicle weight and documentation. Maintain dispatch records and daily operational reports. Ensure safety and compliance during loading operations. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in FMCG or warehouse/logistics supervision. Knowledge of weighbridge and dispatch processes. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,772.59 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Supervising: 5 years (Preferred) Location: Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
