Job Title: AM/DM Design Engineer Experience: 9-15 years Location: Noida About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Design Engineer , to lead the development of advanced micro-machining equipment and production systems. This role involves end-to-end design, integration of smart technologies, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and efficiency. Ideal for professionals passionate about Industry 4.0 and precision engineering. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine & Product Design Develop innovative machine designs to enhance production capabilities and reduce lead times. Lead the conceptualization and execution of new production lines, lab testing systems, and inspection setups. Apply Industry 4.0 concepts using PLCs, sensors, vision systems, SCADA, and robotic integration. 2. Project & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with assembly, electrical, and software teams for full-system integration. Support new product development from prototype to commercial rollout. Drive cross-functional design alignment through DAP (Design Approval Process). 3. Technology Advancement Research and integrate emerging technologies to improve machine efficiency. Lead Kaizen initiatives including SMED and Quick Changeover for productivity enhancement. Engage with suppliers and technology partners for innovative solutions . 4. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, manuals, and design records. Ensure all designs adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Certified in 3D Design Software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) Experience 9-15 years in precision machine design, preferably in micro-machining or automation sectors. Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Pro-E, SolidWorks, Creo Familiarity with DFMEA, GD&T, raw material selection Exposure to Industry 4.0, IoT systems MS Excel, PowerPoint proficiency Soft Skills Strong team collaboration. Job Title : Officer / Executive Stores Function : Store Experience : 3-8 years Location : Noida About the Role: The Officer / Executive Stores is responsible for managing the inward and outward movement of semi-finished goods, ensuring proper documentation, physical verification, and systematic storage of materials. This role supports smooth store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to safety standards, and updating records in ERP systems such as SAP. The individual will coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely availability and issue of materials, while maintaining compliance with 5S and workplace safety norms. Key Responsibilities: Material Receiving : Verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials against vendor invoices and purchase orders (POs). Ensure materials are received as per company standards and documentation is updated in the system. Material Issuance : Issue semi-finished goods to respective departments based on indents or material requisitions, maintaining FIFO where applicable. Inventory Management : Conduct timely and accurate physical inventory counts. Report discrepancies, if any, to the Head of Stores and support reconciliation efforts. Data Entry & System Update : Maintain accurate records in SAP and MS Excel for all transactions related to inward and outward movement of materials. Ensure real-time updates and error-free entries. Material Identification & Storage : Properly label and store received materials in designated storage locations. Ensure systematic stacking and easy retrieval. Secondary Responsibility : 5S & Safety Compliance : Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free store environment by adhering to 5'S principles. Follow safe handling procedures for oils, chemicals, and other sensitive materials. Documentation & Reporting : Support internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available. Share timely reports as required by the Stores Head. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate in Engineering/Science Masters degree preferred (not mandatory) Experience: 3-8 years of relevant experience in a store/inventory management role. Prior experience in the medical devices industry will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in basic computer applications Working knowledge of SAP (MM Module) Intermediate level MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Entry) Hardworking and reliable Positive attitude and proactive approach Strong attention to detail Punctual and disciplined Why Join Us?
