Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (e.g., DME, B.E/B.Tech – Mechanical). Inspect and test mechanical components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Use measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precision checks. Document inspection results, report defects, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
