Key Responsibilities: Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure product consistency and compliance. Identify process inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies using data-driven methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Conduct training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of best practices and quality standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance and improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). Proven experience in process engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.). Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing. Experience in training and mentoring employees. Knowledge of manufacturing software and automation tools.
