Inspecting Materials and Products: Verifying raw materials and finished products meet specifications and quality standards through visual inspections, measurements, and tests. Testing and Measurement: Using various tools and equipment (calipers, gauges, micrometers) to measure and test products, ensuring they meet dimensional and functional requirements. Data Analysis: Analyzing inspection and test data to identify trends, defects, and potential issues, reporting findings to management. Process Improvement: Suggesting adjustments to the production process or assembly lines to improve quality and efficiency. Documentation: Maintaining records of inspection results, test data, and any corrective actions taken. Training: Training other employees on quality control procedures and standards. Reporting: Generating reports summarizing inspection findings, defect rates, and any actions taken to address quality issues.
