Job Summary We are a startup setting up a premium international leather fashion brand that promises to offer biggest selection of premium quality leather products at affordable prices and seeks to democratize luxury. Our vision is to offer "Earth's biggest selection of premium leather products". We are looking for rock star online E-commerce professionals, who have an entrepreneurial zest to drive business and sales through website and online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Udaan, GeM etc. (both retail and bulk marketplaces). Candidate’s main responsibility would be to manage all marketplace activities to enhance visibility and sales. If you are the one, please apply for the role and we will get back to you. Requirements Manage brand website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc. Handle marketplace onboarding, store creation, and coordination with category teams. Create and update product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and A+ / rich content to improve search rank. Manage pricing, discounts, deals, and offers to stay competitive and meet sales targets. Track inventory and ensure stock availability by coordinating with factory, warehouse partners Handle daily order processing, shipment tracking, returns, RTOs, and payment reconciliation. Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for deliveries, re-shipments, and cost control. Work with factories and vendors for sampling, procurement, dispatch planning, and stock readiness. Handle customer and vendor queries, complaints, and feedback raised on marketplaces. Run marketplace ads like Sponsored Products, keyword campaigns, Lightning Deals, FBA promotions, and manage product ratings/reviews. Use social media (Instagram, FB) to drive traffic to marketplace listings and improve sales. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Graduate with proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Tata Cliq Exposure to performance marketing and social media management. Hands-on expertise in sales forecasting & analysis, category management, product analysis, and inventory management.
