Nothing is good as i post befor they are unprofessional no one pick ur phone but they call if u dont pay monthly bill dont select they are costly unprofessional careless people. no customer care service if ur net is down ...no one to solve...worst after sale service. Very bad experience

I am one of the first customer of Quadplay, when it was called Faridabad Netcom. It was the best internet service provider for almost 1.5 years. From the past 6-8 months, there is not even a single day that internet has not gone down.
DONT GO FOR THIS PROVIDER.

Horrible experience. They don't respond over phone. Speak rudely and disconnect if your payment is delayed. However, if there is a connection issue, they take forever to fix it. Standard response is that there is a fiber cut down... It is a repeated response.

Quadplay Digital used to provide good quality service until last year but now their network quality has really dropped. Network gets disconnected too frequently and the worst thing is that they do not have good technical support people, sorry to say but they are not professional at all.

Worst service ever, we were using there leased line service for two locations. Will suggest people to be aware of this company as they become very arrogant/complacent after connection. They should only be used as SOS or if no other provider is catering at your area.

I was happy with the quadplay service till last February 2021 but then it service deteriorated a big time. Now Every month I encounter LOS red light issue atleast 10 times a month. So much problem .

worst company for internet . they take your amount and did 'not give any service. 3 person of company -Vimal , Sakshi & Gaurav altogether have different answer of not working internet. Poor service, pathetic people & worst company . Pls pay us refund amount now .
