It used to be good but now it has turned worst due to so frequent breakdowns. Unprofessional customer care with too much of attitude. They are no more customer centric. please teach your customer care staff how to behave with customers over calls, they are pathetic to talk to.

Very poor internal management their team have ego issues which results in suffering of customers. Otherwise internet is quite reliable. I have been using it from last 15 days with only few hours of down time due to wire cut.
