Very old building , we cannot expect much from authorities, They have aironditiined waiting area for pax with hot and cold drinking water unit, a smart toilet for both gents and females. Freight inspection area is very hot due to summer, no canteen facility for visitors.

Full of agents and bribery going on here. They make people' struggle a lot. To collect cargo. Making kids or families wait for more than 6 hours under sunlight. No shelter except few unhygienic stree shops beside drainage. The customs staffs sends agents to negotiate the bribe to Fastrack the process. Pathetic. Shameful

Good but a public toilet to be made available outside the gate. I found more than 200 people including women and children waiting outside to collect their cargo. but there is no facility of a toilet.
