QSF Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for law firm inquiries and the internal point of contact for processing departments, relaying time-sensitive information to law firms promptly.

Ensure QSFs and dockets are accurate for reconciliation, reporting, and closure. They are responsible to manage the QSF end to end along with closure.

Coordinate and validate all disbursements from the QSF to law firms, claimants, third parties, etc. in line with the Master Settlement Agreement and ARCHER Service Level Agreements.

Delegate work to QSF Analysts and Client Service Representatives and use company resources effectively to complete assignments.

Perform a secondary review of completed work from analysts before it is shared with law firms, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain the confidentiality of settlement, client, and claimant information.

Provide regular, accurate status reports to clients on claims across ARCHER services and multiple QSF dockets (e.g., Defense Approval, Treasury Reports).

Ensure quality control across each QSF docket, including the accuracy of claimant information and proper execution of legal documents.

Train analysts on new QSFs based on the SOW.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive training documents.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Excel skills: X-Lookup, V-lookup, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, Index etc.

Excellent knowledge of Data analysis & Interpretation.

Accounting/Finance basic concepts, Reconciliation with Bank statements.

Excellent verbal, written, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
