Digital Marketing Specialist in 1 years INR 4.2 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

About the job: We are seeking an experienced and innovative digital marketing manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This is a full-time, fully remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, affiliate, influencer, and other digital marketing tactics. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in both planning and execution, as well as strong analytical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across all major channels: SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, affiliate, influencer, display, and video. 2. Oversee and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings. 3. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions. 4. Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 5. Lead content marketing initiatives: oversee the creation and distribution of blogs, articles, videos, infographics, and other assets to engage audiences and support SEO. 6. Design and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. 7. Build and maintain affiliate and influencer partnerships to expand reach and drive sales. 8. Oversee business listings and local SEO efforts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other directories. 9. Manage display and banner advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. 10. Plan and execute video marketing strategies on platforms like YouTube and social media. 11. Develop and implement mobile marketing strategies, including SMS, push notifications, and app-based campaigns. 12. Monitor and manage online reputation and digital PR, including responding to reviews and managing brand mentions. 13. Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.), providing actionable insights and recommendations. 14. Track, measure, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, ROI, and customer engagement. 15. Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure digital marketing best practices are implemented. 16. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates, and proactively adapt strategies as needed. 17. Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across channels. 18. Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams. 19. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of targeted experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns. 3. Deep expertise in SEO (on-page and off-page), PPC, social media, content, and email marketing. 4. Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). 5. Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, and mobile marketing strategies. 6. Experience with business listings management and local SEO best practices. 7. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. 8. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. 9. Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. 11. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement. Nice to have: 1. Experience with graphic design tools and e-commerce platforms is a strong plus. 2. Familiarity with Canva and Figma for creating engaging social media content, marketing visuals, and web design layouts is highly valued. 3. Experience managing or optimizing stores on platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon- including Amazon PPC campaigns- is desirable. 4. A basic understanding of graphic design principles and the ability to produce visually appealing assets for digital campaigns will set you apart. Note: We are looking for digital marketing specialists who have high-quality experience. Salary starts from 35,000 to 50,000 per month based on skill.
