QC Laboratory Technician

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated QC Lab Technician to join our Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in concrete testing, quality control procedures, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine testing of raw materials and concrete as per standards.
• Monitor concrete quality during production and at site.
• Maintain accurate test records, documentation, and calibration logs.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and RMC operational standards.
• Coordinate with production and site teams for quality-related requirements.
• Perform cube casting, slump checking, batching inspection, and field testing.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–6 Years (Mandatory in RMC Plant Operations)
• Strong knowledge of RMC plant laboratory operations.
• Hands-on experience in material testing and concrete mix design basics.
• Ability to work independently and handle lab equipment.
• Good understanding of IS standards related to concrete and materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
