QC Lab in charge

As a Lab In-charge in a process industry or factory, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the lab. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being ready to work in flexible shifts and extra hours as required - Handling and training Chemists effectively - Possessing knowledge of IMS (ISO) standards - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards - Managing the day-to-day activities of the lab efficiently To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a M.Sc. in Chemistry - Have 7 to 10 years of experience in an In-charge position - Be between 30 to 35 years of age - Have no allergies, especially to dust, heat, or skin irritants - Proficiency in the local language, Tamil, is required - Immediate joiners will be preferred Please note that this is a full-time permanent position with rotational shifts at the work location.
