Job Description

To fill up the reports of randomly checked quantities To prepare and share the MIS reports with management Maintaining in process Quality Control. Resolving customer complaints timely and create CAPA (corrective action and preventive action) for customer. Handling all activity of DMF Type III (HDPE) Products. Prepare the all document of QC (SOP, STP and Specifications etc). Review and approval of PDI, FSA, COA, Line Clearance and Cross Checking of Containers & Closures. Issuance of master documents to involve in all activities of Batch Changeover of Containers & Closures. Handling of Market complaints. Training to new employees regarding quality system. Ensure proper documentation control for the quality management system and compliance to system as per required for ISO 9001:2015. Audits RM, PM, Customers Audit and Internal audit.
