QA/Test Engineer

Job Description: As a QA/Test Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing capabilities to automate regression testing of Reflex, an in-house application that performs network automation, following a new release into the Pre-production environment. This role will operate in a Hybrid model, with 2 days per week working in the office located in Bangalore on Sarjapura Road. Your key responsibilities will include automating the reprovisioning of existing services via API in a PPE environment to detect configuration drift, as well as generating automated reports on any config drift detected. You will collaborate closely with developers in the team to identify and address unexpected config drift, resolve bug fixes, and conduct retesting as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in REST/Swagger APIs, Python coding, JSON, parsing of JSON data, Git commands/Gitlab workflow, pipelines, and integration with Gitlab runner, as well as proficiency in Jira workflow.
