We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, inbound and outbound processes, and documentation. The candidate must be capable of managing a team of 4-5 members while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth workflow. A key KPI will be managing a daily target of 200-300 shipments , ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all daily inward and outward stock movements Maintain accurate stock records , including real-time updates using inventory software Ensure all documentation, invoices, POs, and relevant records are properly organized and accessible Supervise and coordinate with a team of 4-5 warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals Plan and execute daily shipment targets of 200-300 orders , ensuring timely dispatch and delivery Conduct regular inventory audits , stock reconciliation, and cycle counts to avoid discrepancies Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth warehouse functioning Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and organizational standards in the warehouse Utilize tools such as Tally / ERP / WMS for inventory tracking, billing, and reporting Manage logistics partners and ensure optimal shipping timelines Identify and solve operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements Provide regular performance and operations reports to management Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 35 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management Strong working knowledge of inventory systems, Tally / ERP, and Microsoft Excel Proven ability to manage high-volume shipments and meet daily targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable Preferred Attributes: Experience in fast-paced e-commerce or B2B environments Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities A proactive mindset with a drive to optimize performance and cost efficiency
