QA & Test Automation - Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to drive testing strategy, automation, and quality assurance for banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics for banking applications.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
• Perform API testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement shift-left testing practices to identify defects early.
• Manage defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and quality reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure reliable software releases.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in software testing and test automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Selenium/Playwright and API testing tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, defect management, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of banking applications and financial domain workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
