Job Description

Job Summary Take charge of the overall QA & QC procedures and processes, to comply with the most stringent buyer requirements, and beyond Correspond with all factories to ensure that all processes and documentation requirements are being regularly followed Ensure absolute consistency in production If required, visit factories to diagnose quality control problems and setup required processes Work closely with production teams and oversee all product testing, and ensure that it is as per the requirements. Suggest changes to improve quality over time Responsibilities and Duties Expert in implementing quality systems and control procedures Strong technical knowledge of textile processing, including bleaching, dyeing and printing Knowledge of basic test requirements and acceptable parameters for textile goods, like shrinkage, colour fastness, etc. Also, must have knowledge of lab testing procedures
