Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough testing of motor insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to claims processing.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for manual testing of motor insurance claims.
Analyze results of testing activities to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

1-4 years of experience in manual testing or a related field (e.g., insurance industry).
Strong understanding of motor insurance products and services.
Proficiency in claims processing systems and processes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
