Job Overview

We are looking for experienced QA Automation Engineers with strong expertise in manual testing, automation testing, and automation framework development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WebdriverIO or Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using WebdriverIO or Playwright.
• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Perform test result analysis, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and effort estimation.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Mandatory Skills & RequirementsManual Testing

• Strong hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
• Good understanding of test case design, test planning, and execution.

Automation Testing

• Strong expertise in WebdriverIO or Playwright.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Hands-on experience in automation framework development and enhancement.

Programming

• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.

CI/CD Integration

• Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.

Agile & Defect Management

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with sprint planning and effort estimation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools.

Test Execution & Analysis

• Expertise in debugging and test result analysis.
• Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve testing issues.

Required Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
