QA Architect/Test Architect / Manager - Salesforce

As an Automation Test Manager focused on Salesforce and Selenium, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex Salesforce applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of QA automation engineers dedicated to Salesforce platform testing. - Defining and implementing end-to-end test strategies and automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver integrated with Salesforce environments. - Building and maintaining robust test automation suites for various Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Designing automation scripts for UI, API, and integration testing utilizing tools like Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Postman/RestAssured. - Collaborating with different stakeholders like Salesforce developers, architects, product owners, and business analysts to define testing scope and coverage. - Establishing automation best practices and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions. - Managing test execution, tracking defects, and providing quality metrics to project stakeholders. - Ensuring regression automation for all major Salesforce releases and customizations. - Driving test coverage for Lightning Components (LWC), Apex logic, and data validations. - Conducting code reviews and providing guidance to junior automation testers. The required skills for this role include: - 8+ years of software testing experience with at least 4 years in test automation. - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java-based test frameworks. - A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce testing experience, including LWC, Apex, and integration validations. - Familiarity with Salesforce-specific tools like Provar, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Data Loader. - Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SOAP UI. - Experience with CI/CD and version control tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools like Jira and ALM. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications, experience with Provar or TOSCA, familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms like BrowserStack and Sauce Labs, and an ISTQB/Test Manager Certification.
