Job Description

Q-Commerce Supply Chain & Fill Rate Executive

About Sarya:

Sarya Holdings is an FMCG distribution group operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India. In India, Sarya builds and scales a portfolio of Korean food brands across Quick Commerce, Modern Trade, and General Trade. The Q-Commerce business spans leading quick-commerce and online grocery platforms and is one of the fastest-growing parts of the group.

We are restructuring the Q-Commerce organization around dedicated national category ownership and a single supply chain availability engine. These are foundational hires: the people appointed will own their remit end-to-end, work directly with aggregator central teams, and report into the commercial leadership of the India business.

The Role:

This person is the availability engine of our Q-Commerce business. His/her entire working day revolves around one question: is every SKU available, in every DC and dark store cluster, in the right quantity, right now — and will it still be tomorrow? He/she owns the flow of stock from our warehouse and distributors into platform DCs, the plan behind that flow, and the health of the inventory inside it.

  • He/she works alongside two National KAMs (Ambient and Frozen) who own demand and platform relationships; this role owns the pipeline that serves them. Fill rate is his/her headline KPI, measured daily by platform, DC, and SKU.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the national fill rate number; root-cause code every shorted PO line daily (no stock / appointment miss / rejection / short pick / master data) and drive corrective actions to closure.

  • Maintain a live national stock picture: own warehouse, platform DC stock per SKU, in-transit, and distributor stock; weekly reconciliation of DC reports vs. dispatch records.
  • Manage the end-to-end PO pipeline: PO receipt → stock confirmation → appointment booking → dispatch → DC inwarding → GRN closure; chase missing POs proactively.
  • Run distributor replenishment for distributor-serviced platforms; hold distributors to service SLAs via scorecards.
  • Operate an OOS early-warning system: days-of-cover projections flagging risk 5–7 days before stock-out; frozen treated as Priority 1.
  • Convert KAM forecasts into weekly SKU × DC supply plans; track forecast accuracy and maintain safety stock and lead time masters.
  • Own inventory health: weekly ageing and FEFO reports, slow/fast mover classification, liquidation proposals before expiry risk.
  • Manage escalations with aggregator supply teams (inwarding delays, appointment scarcity, rejections, GRN disputes) and run structured root cause analysis on repeat failures.
  • Publish the Daily Fill Rate Dashboard and stock summary every evening; anchor the daily 09:30 sync with both KAMs

Candidate Profile: Must-Have

  • 3–6 years in FMCG supply chain, e-commerce/Q-Commerce fulfilment, or distributor operations — with direct exposure to platform DC operations (appointments, inwarding, GRN, rejections) on the vendor side.
  • Has personally owned or materially improved a fill rate, OTIF, or availability number — must be quantifiable.
  • Strong replenishment fundamentals: safety stock, reorder points, lead times, days-of-cover, FEFO.
  • Advanced Excel is non-negotiable (lookups, pivots, models built from scratch); Power BI or similar dashboarding a strong plus.
  • High operational stamina: this role runs a demanding daily rhythm (08:00 stock picture through 18:00 dashboard) and chases closure relentlessly.
  • Clear communicator who can communicate confidently with platform supply teams, warehouse managers, and distributors.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cold chain / reefer dispatch operations (frozen is a priority category for us).
  • Exposure to S&OP or demand planning processes; ERP experience (ODOO, SAP, or similar).
  • Background at Q-Commerce-heavy brands or at aggregators themselves (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart supply or vendor management teams are an excellent source pool).
  • Graduate degree in engineering, supply chain, commerce, or related field.

Please Note: We are looking for someone who can join immediately.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month
