About Your New Role

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python and Flask
• Build scalable APIs and integrate third-party services
• Design and manage databases efficiently
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams for feature implementation
• Troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and ensure code quality
• Participate in deployment, monitoring, and system optimization activities

Requirements

• B.Tech degree is mandatory from Tier-1 colleges
• Previous work experience with a B2C Android application is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with Flask framework is required
• Good understanding of APIs and backend development
• Hands-on experience with databases:
• MongoDB
• SQL / PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of database design and query optimization
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to DevOps tools and deployment workflows is an added advantage
• Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and server management is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
