Job Description

Software Requirements: Strong understanding of technology platforms such as mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain. Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Overall Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technology requirements and design robust solutions that meet business needs. Develop technical specifications and detailed documentation for new features and enhancements. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, suggesting innovative ways to incorporate them into existing solutions. Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and maintainability of the codebase. Participate in the resolution of technical issues, providing support and guidance to team members as needed. Work closely with the testing team to ensure software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards. Technical Skills: Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java, Node.js is a plus. Technologies: Strong technical skills in mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain technologies. Development Tools: Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, JIRA, and Confluence. Frameworks & Libraries: Familiarity with relevant Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and libraries. Database Technologies: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python and related technologies. Proven experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile and Scrum. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews. Day-to-Day Activities: Participate in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions to discuss progress and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions. Write, test, and deploy software solutions to meet user needs and business objectives. Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work. Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, sharing insights and recommendations with the team. Provide technical support to team members, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster collaboration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovative solutions. Adaptability to new technologies and shifting requirements. Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
