Python Developer (Fast API)

As a Python Developer with expertise in FastAPI, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI. - Writing clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and design patterns. - Collaborating with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts to deliver robust solutions. - Implementing authentication, authorization, and data validation for secure API interactions. - Participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. In order to excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3 years of hands-on experience in Python development. - Proven expertise in FastAPI. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles. - Experience with PostgreSQL / MongoDB or similar databases. - Familiarity with asynchronous programming in Python. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab). Nice to have skills that would be advantageous include: - Experience with Next.js or React.js for frontend integration. - Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and API security best practices. - Exposure to microservices architecture or event-driven systems.
