Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and TestComplete.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and design test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Utilize tools like Git for version control and manage test cases effectively.
• Conduct API testing and ensure the functionality of backend services.
• Report and track defects through their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, TestComplete, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Good knowledge of automation framework development and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
• Knowledge of PyTest, Git, API testing, SQL, and CI/CD is an added advantage.
• Good to average communication skills are required.
