Job Summary
Veracity IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Python, AI/ML & Generative AI Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and aspiring technology professionals.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python programming, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and MLOps. The candidate must be able to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner and guide learners through hands-on exercises, real-world use cases, and end-to-end projects.
Excellent English communication skills are essential, as the trainer may also be required to conduct training sessions for international students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions on Python programming, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- Teach theoretical concepts alongside practical coding exercises and real-world applications.
- Develop training materials, assignments, coding exercises, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students through individual and capstone projects.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and clarify technical doubts.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices and emerging AI technologies.
- Demonstrate the application of AI/ML tools and frameworks through practical implementation.
- Conduct interactive sessions and ensure effective knowledge transfer to learners.
Technical Skills Required
1. Python Programming
- Python fundamentals, variables, data types, loops, conditional statements, functions, and classes.
- File handling and exception handling.
2. Mathematics, Statistics & Data Analysis
- Linear algebra, probability, descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Hypothesis testing, correlation, covariance, Z-test, t-test, and ANOVA.
- NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Google Data Studio.
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), feature engineering, missing-value imputation, outlier handling, and data scaling.
3. Machine Learning
- Scikit-learn and model development.
- Supervised learning: Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, SVC, and KNN.
- Unsupervised learning: K-Means clustering, PCA, and LDA.
- Model evaluation using RMSE, MAE, MSE, R², accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrices.
- Practical projects involving regression, classification, and anomaly detection.
4. Deep Learning
- Neural networks and their working principles.
- TensorFlow and Keras.
- Fundamentals of deep learning model development.
5. Django & API Development
- Django projects, views, URL mapping, and models.
- CRUD operations and database integration.
- REST API development with MySQL.
6. Generative AI
- Prompt engineering and practical GenAI applications.
- Data privacy, context management, and domain-specific considerations.
- Token and request optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Vertex AI, DALL·E, and GitHub Copilot.
7. MLOps & Cloud Deployment
- Model deployment using cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.
- ML pipelines, workflows, model testing, and data pipeline testing.
- Cloud virtual machines and GPU configuration.
- Model optimization and cloud cost management.
8. Elective Skills
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): NLTK, spaCy, stemming, lemmatization, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and Word2Vec.
- Computer Vision: OpenCV and PIL.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in Python, Data Science, AI/ML, or related technical domains.
- Prior experience delivering technical training, mentoring students, or conducting workshops will be preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Python, machine learning algorithms, and AI frameworks.
- Ability to demonstrate concepts through live coding and practical projects.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to engage learners with different levels of technical understanding.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- A hands-on professional who can teach concepts through implementation rather than theory alone.
- Someone comfortable guiding learners through end-to-end projects, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and testing.
- Experience working with international learners or delivering online training sessions would be an advantage.
