Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python development, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable backend services and integrating AI/ML models into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Develop REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Work with AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Implement vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Qdrant.
• Integrate third-party AI models and APIs into existing applications.
• Optimize AI application performance, response accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, OOPs, data structures, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and vector databases.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with model evaluation, AI testing, and monitoring.
