As a PYTHA 3D CAD, SketchUp, and Interior Design Specialist, your role involves translating interior design concepts into precise 3D models and technical drawings. Your expertise in production cutlists will streamline the production process, ensure accurate material lists, and support seamless project execution. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to interpret design requirements and manage project timelines effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations using PYTHA 3D CAD, SketchUp, and AutoCAD - Create comprehensive production cutlists specifying materials, quantities, and specifications - Prepare detailed drawings for construction, renovation, lighting design, and remodeling projects - Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards - Review contracts and specifications to ensure compliance with client expectations - Support the sales process by providing technical expertise on interior design solutions - Conduct site visits to verify designs against real-world conditions Qualifications: - Proven experience with SKETCH UP 3D CAD software - Solid understanding of drafting standards, interior design principles, color theory, and lighting design - Experience creating accurate production cutlists using PYTHA software - Knowledge of contracts management related to interior projects - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members - Background in sales or client consultations related to lighting sales or interior solutions is a plus,
