Responsibilities : - The business development executive ( bde ) is responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into admissions/sales, building strong relationships with students/parents/clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and field activities. Counsel students/parents/clients about courses, services, and offerings. Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions/sales by effective follow-ups. Desired profile of the candidate Freshers can apply Strong communication and convincing skills ( english , hindi , marathi preferred). Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
