The Student Visa Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the overseas education process, including providing advice on career options, student visa applications, and educational opportunities abroad. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with documentation, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong communication with clients to provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students toward suitable educational pathways Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families Experience in Customer Service to address student queries and provide seamless support during the application process Background in Education or related fields to provide adequate guidance and understanding of academic requirements Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving approach Strong organizational and time-management abilities Knowledge of international educational systems and visa processes is an advantage
