Best IT Park in the center of the city. Easy to commute with any kind of transport (public or private). The food court is great, but opens only after 11am so you can start with a brunch here. Has a big spacious gym accessible to all.

Went couple of times for an official pre-planned visit. Building and office layout was very good. I didn't visit any other place apart from my intended location. I was very much disappointed as there was no car parking available for visitors. I was advised to park the car outside on the road by the securities.

Worst waiting lobby for guest. It's better wait outside the tech Park. Visitors have to wait and seated at car parking place with no fan or air ventilation. If you are not employee and accompanying your friend, better wait in your car. They will ask you to sit in a lobby which is nothing but part of car parking.

One and only tech park located at the heart of the city... Very well maintained by the management ... Looks very clean and hygienic... Ambience is also great, one of the finest tech park in Chennai.. Biggies like Verizon, RBS and others sit there!!! Overall a good one

Well maintained, lot of green spaces. Very good auditorium and well maintained toilets. Kudos to the facilities and management team who are keeping at World class level despite heavily crowded. I don't work here but I went for an D4V event …

Never try Anjappar canteen here, they just give 1 small piece chicken and very less quantity of briyani , and charging 178rs. When we teammates asked this, they say for 178rs, we will give 1 piece only, This is very very worst. Please change canteen here and put some good ones with reasonable price and provide quality food
