Massive IT hub in the middle of the city. Easy to approach from all parts of the city. Awesome infrastructure. Car parking facilities, security controlled environment. Lot of IT giants like Wipro, HP, HCL etc have their office setups makes life easier for most of the IT people's from all parts of the city.

Companies like dxc(Hewlett Packard), rbs, Verizon, are major occupants. Has gym , food court, hdfc bank, ATMs, and outsider's paid parking as well. Passes are provided at security office.

Just an ok food court. Vendor Parking is very costly. Be very very careful to drive on the south side road on a rainy day. Stagnant water will reach above silencer levels.

If I am visiting a client of my own in your IT park but why should I pay for parking if the concerned person has approved this is not fair in terms of infrastructure
