Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile This is not just an Future General Manager Leadership Program position it is a Leadership Development Program designed to groom the selected candidate into a General Manager (GM) within 3 years. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Directors and senior leadership team, shadowing them in operations, strategy, meetings, guest experience, and resort management . The role offers 360 exposure to hospitality operations, preparing the individual to lead one of our luxury resorts in Maharashtra as GM. Key Responsibilities Assist Directors in managing day-to-day resort operations and strategic projects. Organize and coordinate meetings, reviews, and reporting with department heads. Manage Directors’ calendars, schedules, and travel plans efficiently. Gain hands-on exposure in Front Office, Sales, Guest Relations, F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance . Monitor KPIs, budgets, and departmental performance. Ensure smooth guest experience and high service standards. Handle cross-functional coordination and support special projects. Travel across Maharashtra resorts for operational oversight. Desired Candidate Profile Male candidates only (preferred age: 30–35 years) Hotel industry background is compulsory (Front Office / Sales / Guest Relations strongly preferred). 5–7 years of experience in hospitality operations. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Highly presentable, confident, and ambitious personality. Strong leadership qualities and willingness to commit to a GM career path.
