The Co-Founder will also collaborate closely with other team members to ensure operational excellence and sustainable growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and capability to evaluate financial and business performance Exceptional Communication Skills for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement Proven ability in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue and build brand presence Experience with Research and market analysis to inform strategic decision-making Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership abilities Demonstrated experience in startups or early-stage ventures is a plus Ability to manage change and thrive in dynamic environments Experience in fundraising or investment strategy is highly desirable
