Job Description Pushpa Devi Paramedical Institute is inviting applications for the role of Paramedical Faculty (Female) . The candidate will be responsible for teaching, training, mentoring, and guiding students across various paramedical programs. The role also includes the ability to conduct workshops/seminars in schools for student awareness and outreach. Candidates with counselling skills will be preferred Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures and practical training sessions for paramedical programs (MLT, Radiology, OT, Dialysis, Nursing Assistance, etc.). Guide students in skill labs for hands-on training. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Support students in academic progress, practical exposure, and career readiness. Conduct workshops/seminars in schools to promote healthcare education and paramedical careers. Handle counselling of students and parents during the admission process. Desired Candidate Profile Female candidate only. Minimum Graduate/Postgraduate in Paramedical Sciences, Nursing, or Allied Health Sciences. Prior teaching/training experience in paramedical education is mandatory. Strong presentation and communication skills for classroom and school workshops. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills. Candidates with counselling experience will be given preference.
