Job Summary The Site Engineer/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with contractors/agencies and site workers, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and experienced in managing construction sites efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and specifications. Coordinate with project manager, site team, subcontractors, and suppliers. Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, material usage, and labor attendance. Resolve or highlight any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that may arise. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks. Ensure that materials and equipment are available and correctly stored. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Diploma or a related field experience. Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role in construction. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and uderstanding, reading of drawings. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
