What is essential is your hands-on experience in managing and forecasting inventory, sourcing products, and using SoStocked or similar inventory tools. Key Responsibilities Product Sourcing: Effectively source and restock products to meet demand, ensuring that supply always matches our forecasting models Inventory Forecasting & Management: Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels, with strong use of SoStocked or similar platforms. Stay on top of sales trends, seasonality, and marketing campaigns to ensure stock levels are optimized Expiration Management: Keep track of product expiration dates and collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize sales for items nearing expiration Sales Channel Impact: Anticipate and manage the effects of new sales channels (like TikTok Shop and Facebook Ads) on inventory needs. Adapt forecasting based on shifting demand Proactive Reordering: Ensure timely reordering of inventory by tracking low stock levels and setting reorder points with suppliers to prevent both stockouts and overstock Inventory Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on inventory levels, potential stock issues, and forecasted needs SoStocked Platform Management: Utilize SoStocked for accurate inventory forecasting and management.
