Key Responsibilities: Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell cosmetic products to individual customers and businesses (e.g., salons, retailers). Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples to potential clients. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest beauty and skincare trends. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, their features, and benefits. Provide product information and education to customers. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Submit timely reports to management on sales activities and performance. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. Coordinate with other departments, such as product development, to provide customer feedback and market insights. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
