We're Hiring: Purchase/Storekeeper Location: Millennials Restobar, Kathrikadavu, Kochi Experience: 1-3 years in F&B or Hospitality Sector Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing restaurant inventory? We’re looking for a proactive Purchase/Storekeeper to join our team! Responsibilities: Maintain stock levels and inventory records Source and purchase quality ingredients and supplies at the best prices Receive and inspect incoming goods Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of stock Coordinate with kitchen and management for stock requirements Prepare daily/weekly stock reports Requirements: Proven experience in purchase/storekeeping, preferably in a restaurant or hotel Strong knowledge of F&B products and local suppliers Good negotiation and communication skills Familiar with inventory software and basic MS Excel Honest, reliable, and highly organized Benefits: Competitive salary Friendly and professional work environment Meals on duty Opportunities for growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Purchase/Storekeeper: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Malayalam (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
