Purchase & Logistic Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase & Logistics Executive with at least Freshers - 1.5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, inventory coordination, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials, optimize supply chain processes, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best pricing and quality.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and contracts.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
• Maintain procurement and logistics records, invoices, and related documentation.
• Resolve supplier and logistics-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Prepare MIS reports related to purchasing, inventory, and logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum Freshers - 1.5 years of experience in Purchase and Logistics.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of import/export documentation (if applicable).
• Understanding of GST, e-way bills, and transportation documentation.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
