JOB SUMMARY The Purchase Assistant is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities and managing requirements between TMP and TGT, ensuring smooth backend support for daily operations. The role includes preparing requests, managing stock availability, coordinating production requirements, and maintaining accurate data in EPICOR software. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES From TGT: Responsible to receive day-to-day material requests from Project and Retail departments. Responsible to prepare detailed requests to TMP based on received requirements. Responsible to submit requests to TMP for stock availability or production, depending on inventory status. Responsible to accurately enter all purchase-related data into the EPICOR system. Responsible to perform daily checks on regularly moving stocks to ensure availability. From TMP: Responsible to process and create sales orders in TMP for received requests. Responsible to prepare delivery orders (DO) for items available in stock. Responsible to co-ordinate with production teams for unavailable materials and request production as needed. Responsible to regularly monitor available items against pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment. Responsible to facilitate and manage the transfer of materials from TMP to TGT, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Experience: Procurement - MEP Products / Manufacturing / Trading: 2 years (Required)
