Job Description

Responsibilities: Coordinate with various departments to assess their procurement needs and requirements. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and terms for supplies and equipment. Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, consumption,and expiry dates. Monitor and track shipments, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to process invoices and payments in a timely manner. Conduct regular audits of inventory and implement measures to prevent loss or wastage. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management/ Diploma in Electrical or Electronics or a related field. Minimum of 1 Year to 2 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting/Hospitality Setting. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with inventory management software. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
