Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle end to end purchasing procedure for raw materials, tools, and services. Implement & maintain Systems for inventory management which will include updating receipts, dispatches, job-work movement & accounting of goods, transportation to the internal customers at various construction sites. You will be responsible for demand and supply forecasting and inventory planning to meet the needs of the Plant and the on-site Projects Managing & synchronizing timely deliveries to the project sites for part customer orders delivered from the plant and balance directly from the outside vendors. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts and orders. Identify and manage reliable suppliers and vendors. Obtain and analyze quotations to ensure cost effectiveness. Issue purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery. Keep track of items ordered and received. Coordinate with the inventory and accounts team for billing and GRN. Ensure goods meet quality and compliance standards. Track market trends and look for new sources of supply. Negotiate contract terms and pricing arrangements. Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays. Preferred candidate profile
