Purchase Executive (Jewellery)

Position : JEWELLERY PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Location : Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Salary : ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience : 5–8 years in jewellery purchase

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline

Language : Able to speak Hindi, English Telegu

Job Description :

1. Plan jewellery purchases based on sales demand and stock requirements.

2. Identify, manage and negotiate with jewellery vendors and manufacturers.

3. Negotiate gold rates, making charges and wastage.

4. Select new designs based on market trends.

5. Verify jewellery quality, purity, weight and specifications.

6. Coordinate with Sales and Inventory teams for stock requirements.

7. Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving stock.

8. Manage vendor returns, repairs and replacements.

9. Handle vendor payments, debit/credit notes and balance reconciliation.

10.Maintain purchase records, invoices and MIS reports.

11.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

12.Ensure purchases follow approved budgets and authorisations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
