Key Responsibilities

• Source finished products for domestic and international markets.
• Assist with international tenders, product registration, import permits, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for quotations, pricing, product documents, and client queries.
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, assist in cost calculations, and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and the sales team for production and order fulfilment.
• Assist in shipment coordination and preparation of shipping documents.
• Maintain supplier records and support vendor relationship management.
• Assist in cost-saving initiatives and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Perform daily procurement and administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualification

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or B.Sc.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and communication skills.
• Good coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn procurement, product registration, and international business processes.
